Under the leadership of the President and Chief Information Officer, I am responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the organization\'s advanced analytical programs. I am responsible for coaching and supporting leadership and staff in addressing process inefficiencies and operational planning, as well as leading an organizational effort toward building and managing the data science and process engineering teams. Additionally, I am responsible for working with key leaders and stakeholders across the entire organization to build a data driven and process driven culture with a sharp focus on metrics, outcomes and results.
