I also lead and implement total rewards strategies and programmes, such as designing new Variable Pay plan, Stock/SAR plan, and Job Family Framework for the company. With 15+ years of experience in HR, Performance, Compensation and Benefits, I have a proven track record of delivering best-in-class solutions that align with the company\'s global strategy and market conditions.I have a master\'s degree in Applied Psychology, a PG diploma in Cyber Security, and an executive PG program in HR Management.
