As the Supply Chain Portal was recognized by executives as a strategic competitive advantage across all vehicle programs — driving cost savings, schedule certainty, and global operational efficiency — we secured special funding to accelerate the execution of the roadmap, targeting tens of millions in savings as Lucid scaled worldwide. We also began embracing AI to accelerate delivery, improve usability, and unlock additional efficiencies.Scaling the product from 10 → 100 brought a new level of leadership responsibility: developing PMs, analysts, and designers; delegating effectively; managing budgets and portfolio-level priorities; globalizing the platform; adapting quickly to shifting business goals; and overseeing cybersecurity, reliability, and vendor partnerships.Looking back, it’s surreal how far the product has come from the original concept deck. I’m grateful for the chance to lead such an impactful platform — and for the incredible team that made it real.
