Basically i am a Maduraikaran. I did my post graduation in IT at Madurai Kamaraj University then i got an opportunity at Integra Global Solutions then, i finished my Mphil also in IT at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. At present, I am being a Senior Team Lead with 8+ years of experience in various projects. I have been started my career as a Junior IR Entry Associate in Integra, since 2010. Based on my performance and hard work, my company is taking me to next levels. Now, I have a huge team who is working in both EST & IST Time Zones. I always prefer to work in EST. Since many of my clients are from US. A highly motivated and ambitious individual able to give timely and accurate advice, guidance, support and training to team members and individuals.Possessing excellent technical,management skills and having the ability to work with the minimum of supervision whilst leading a team of twelve or more.
