Facility Management including planning & supervising of all daily Operations & Maintenance activities to ensure good infrastructural conditions & smooth functioning of all machineries Daily Energy Monitoring & Monthly Kcal/ HLP report submission along with Action taken reports w.r.t. the Ongoing Projects. Environment Health & Safety Management including Risk Assessment/HIRA, Planned Job Observations, SOP, SWPs, Tools/Equipment maintenance, calibration & safety, Plant Inspection, Training & Awareness, Fire control Systems & Life Safety etc. Proactive Annual Budget Planning, execution & adherence w.r.t. Capex, RNM, HLP Planning, scoping, tracking and implementing project plans with present budget and deadline; BOQ Preparation, Vendor & market analyses followed by Quotations arrangement, Negotiation and Issuance of timely Work Orders. Supervising & following up the project execution with accountability for strategic utilization of available resources, participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress. Managing complete quality of incoming materials and ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards. Training, awareness and motivating of staffs.
