HVAC / E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Construction, Installation, and Commissioning of HVAC Systems and their Associated Electrical and instrumentation Components. This role ensures projects are Completed Safely, on time, and to the required quality Standards. Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align construction activities with project goals.Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, electricians, and instrumentation specialists, providing guidance and support.Monitor team performance, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Supervise the testing and commissioning of HVAC and E&I systems to ensure they operate correctly and efficiently.Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure a safe work environment.Implement quality control processes to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, including any issues or delaysMaintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including work performed, materials used, and any changes to project plans.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HVAC and E&I technologies and implement best practices.Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the project.
