Engage in implementation, documentation, and deployment of both small and large-scale IP networks and embedded systems utilizing CAN, SPI, and I2C protocols, alongside supporting broadcast infrastructures. Serve as a communication bridge between customer service and other departments, collaborating to resolve customer issues and relay feedback for design improvements and feature requests to product managers. Support product communication development by authoring customer guides, pinouts, FAQs, application notes, best practices, and integration documentation with other manufacturers’ products. Install products or systems at customer sites and deliver training sessions both in-house and internationally. Expertise with network protocols and technologies including RFC 2328 (OSPF), PIM, QoS, RIP, sFlow, SNMP, STP/RSTP/MST 802.1d), VARP/VRRP, VLAN 802.1q), and VRF.
