ABOUT SIHAM MEHIDI

With over 12 years of experience in the construction materials industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader in finance and controlling, with a proven track record of driving business transformation and performance improvement in the Middle East and North Africa region. I am currently the Performance & Projects Director at Lafarge Algeria, where I oversee the export operations ampreviousely I\'m was a key member for the implementation of the ATALAS program, a strategic initiative to harmonize and optimize the business processes and IT systems across the region MENA. In my previous role as the Finance & Controlling Lead for the MENA region at LafargeHolcim, I was responsible for the coordination and supervision of the finance and controlling teams in 11 countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis. I also played a key role in the integration of the two companies after the merger, aligning the accounting principles and policies, and managing the change management and communication processes. I have leveraged my strong analytical skills, financial leadership, and cost allocation expertise to support the business decisions and strategy of the regional and global management.
