ABOUT GIA GIACOMONI

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve partnered with leaders across corporate, government, nonprofit, and public-sector organizations to navigate change, strengthen their influence, and lead with confidence. My work focuses on turning complex challenges and ambitious goals into practical, sustainable action.As the founder of Gia Giacomoni LLC, I provide executive coaching and operational support for leaders and organizations managing growth, transition, or increased complexity. Working across countries and cultures continues to shape how I approach leadership, systems, and the human side of organizational change.I’m an ICF-certified PCC coach, certified in MBTI and Insights Discovery, and known for a calm, practical, results-oriented approach. Whether coaching individual leaders or working with teams, my goal is consistent: clarity, confidence, and long-term impact.Outside of client work, I stay engaged through volunteer leadership with organizations such as Leadership Huntsville and Village of Promise.I’ve learned so much about leadership throughout my career. Every leader—regardless of title, industry, or where they are in the world—has faced challenges. I believe that being intentional and self-aware doesn’t just make someone a better leader—it has the power to positively impact the lives of those around them.
