Our services include partial or total coordination, planning, and organization of your event. We take care of all the details so you can enjoy that special day. Some of our services include: Full wedding design service – advice and inspiration given on Italy weddings, times of year to get married, ceremony options and ideas, enchanted photography locations and timings, reception/dinner ideas, venues for cocktails and where to go to get the best views! All inspiration backed up with beautiful images.* Assistance with all of the necessary paperwork marriage licenses, permits, visa and passport info* Vendor recommendation and assistance with booking:(including but not restricted to) Ceremony Oficiant, hair & makeup services, ceremony and reception venues, restaurants, dinners, transportation, videographer, flowers, cake, entertainment (including live music and DJs)* Unlimited phone calls and emails to 24/7* Wedding Day Itinerary created for you and for vendors. One week prior to the wedding day, contact will be made with all the vendors and a copy of the itinerary will be sent to them, to ensure the day will run smoothly.* Recommendations on attractions for you and your guests around the Umbrian Region.* Pre/Post wedding events in Italy, recommendations and co-ordination of events you may wish to hold in Italy either before or after your wedding (or both!) including honeymoon, hotel for your guests, pre wedding dinners or drinks or post wedding lunches/cocktails.* Transportation arrangements for you and your guests.Packages available or pick and mix the services you require!
