I help software organizations deliver great products. Over 25 years of experience as a coach, mentor, developer, trainer, and leader driving change across all levels of the organization. I use lean-agile techniques, proven engineering practices, and an outcome-oriented approach to help teams deliver measurably better customer outcomes. My passion is helping teams adopt technical practices that improve software delivery and lead to true agility. My approach is pragmatic and hands-on.
