Supervising the automated onboarding of 75+ new team members and counting by monitoring the health of various Power Automate flows • Contributing to the improvement of the new hire onboarding through feedback collection done during 45- and 90-day onboarding check-ins • Collaborating with the customer care center to implement a process for reporting and resolving data issues found in SAP by designing a notification automation, writing technical documentation, and hosting training sessions • Coordinating and successfully organizing a wide variety of events for various cross functional teams, including program increment planning, workshops, lunch and learns, and teambuilding • Manage KPI collection process for each release to effectively communicate to stakeholder’s adoption rates • Taking on special projects surrounding communications and process improvement • Troubleshooting and developing automations critical to the functionality and productivity of the program • Designed a Power Application to guide over 300+ power users and end users to the appropriate solution per their role and activity
