Manage strategic plans and project management tools to support the Fund in meeting and managing key milestones and learning goals related to its Canadian grantee partner portfolio. • Establish and manage trust-based relationships with the Fund’s grantee partners – lead regular check-ins, identify opportunities for and provide additional support, respond to questions, conduct surveys.• Plan, manage and facilitate engagement activities for the Fund’s grantee partner community to collaboration and knowledge sharing between partners, including but not limited to thematic, national and/or cross-border convenings and monthly newsletters.• Scope and oversee quantitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic planning.• Develop materials that enable decision-making by the Fund’s leadership and/or WES Board. • Bring the knowledge of the sector and of the Fund’s grantee partners’ work to contribute to the selection of new grantee partners by the Fund.• Design and execute approaches to enable dynamic learning and knowledge sharing among the Fund’s Canadian grantees, the larger Fund portfolio, the broader field, and/or WES Social Impact team. • Develop a deep understanding of the Fund’s grantee partners’ work, the communities they serve, the ecosystem the Fund operates in, and of various types of solutions that the Fund invests in (e.g, employer engagement, workforce development, worker organizing, social innovation, co-operative development, etc.)

I have gained significant experience through my work in project management, grantmaking, social development, understanding determinants of health seeking behaviour, urban health systems, nutrition, qualitative research, and universal health coverage. Currently, I\'m working as a Program Manager for the Mariam Assefa Fund at WES Canada.
