A knack for problem-solving and connecting distinct ideas in innovative ways- this trait combined with my passion for community development and realisation of the transformative power of systemic policy change, has guided my journey into the field of policy and international development. With a background in economics and Master\'s degrees in Public Administration (LSE) and Global Affairs (University of Toronto), I am committed to driving positive change through evidence-based policymaking. My passion lies in harnessing data-driven insights to address socioeconomic challenges that impact our lives. From conducting empirical research to analysing intertwined policy landscapes and fostering collaborations with stakeholders, I want to work together to find the most effective answers and solutions to public policy questions. With a degree specialization in international development and equipped with rigorous training in development economics, I possess strong quantitative skills (Excel, R) that enable me to conduct thorough research and effectively communicate/translate findings to a policy audience. My passion for education policy has led me to engage in various projects within the sector, collaborating with ministries, international agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders. Through these experiences, I have honed my ability to manage people, situations, and projects, showcasing my project management skills in diverse settings.
