   Managed staff across multiple states to build and maintain one of the most advanced Contact Management System in the industry. At the heart of the solution is a dialing platform that allows any business to have an instant call center delivered to them over the internet.Forged client relationships and partners across the US, Canada, Belgium, U.K, Ireland, Malaysia, Vietnam and Spain. In recent years, specialty has been on high volume automated calling (using IVR) and mobile testing. Running Singo since inception, the financially sound company has never required outside investments and owes 100% of the source code used for this platform. This means the company has direct access to the software code should any enhancements or features be needed and ability to expand at will with little investment. This allows us to be dynamic and extremely cost competitive.Our VoIP native solution was built ground up using AdaCore programming language – a robust and reliable language which currently runs all Air Traffic Control Systems, missile defense and high end finance/banking. Understanding the need for sound platform, Singo spared no expense at finding the most reliable tool and staff to build our flagship product.
