As Director of Marketing at SETTY, I lead a team and drive proposals and pursuits nationwide across federal, commercial, and institutional markets. That means managing SF330 submissions, building teaming strategies, crafting qualifications packages, and keeping a team of brilliant engineers moving in the same direction. Working alongside engineers for 15+ years has rubbed off on me, I care about the process just as much as the outcome, and I take pride in being both fast and thorough. What I love is the collaboration: connecting with the right people, building the right teams, and finding the story that makes a pursuit stand out. The diversity of what we do keeps it exciting: stadiums, airports, hospitals, universities, federal facilities. No two projects are the same. And there\'s nothing better than seeing it through full circle: from the first lead, to the winning proposal, to watching a project come to life and power a community.
