About Sierra Chamberlain
Sierra Chamberlain - Business Administration Graduate. Sierra has been happily working for Pacific Financial Association Insurance & Surety Services since she graduated from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in May of 2019 with her Bachelors and her Masters in 2024. Sierra started at PFA as an Administrative Assistant where she learned from the Executive Assistant how to properly manage the Executive teams’ calendars & travel arrangements as well as miscellaneous office projects. After a few short months as an Admin. Assist. Sierra was promoted to the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer where she assisted the C.E.O. in daily tasks & projects that he needed completed including but not limited to working on legal documents, sending & receiving mail of all matters & organizing documents. After a year & two months in her two previous roles with PFA, she was once again promoted to Projects Coordinator, where she is tasked with many daily duties like: schedule meetings, work on office projects, manage multiple calendars, order office supplies, set up meetings, purchase office equipment and meals, takes notes for Board and Manager meetings, manage the receptionists, analyzes company data, organizes hard & electronic files, open mail, social media management & so much more. Her favorite hobbies include golf, scuba diving, travel, spas, yoga, fitness, mindful/clean eating, motorcycling, soccer, cars, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, dogs, lakes, concerts, glass art, anything outdoors, meeting new people, learning new things, & creating new experiences.
