About Sierra Brown
Bachelor prepared RN with experience including 11 years at the bedside, 3 years working as an adjunct clinical educator for a community college, and 2 years as a clinical coordinator. I have been in my current role as a nurse manager in a remote, centralized telemetry monitoring department since 9/2024. Within my first 6 months as a nurse manager I received a “Heads Up Speak Up” award from Patient Safety for my work to improve our emergency messaging system for lethal arrhythmias.
