   Kripalu\'s top presenter on women\'s empowerment, fitness, health and healing. Sierra studied at Kripalu from 19••••97 and completed the Spiritual Lifestyle Program. She is a certified teacher of Kripalu Yoga and certified Kripalu Massage therapist. Sierra\'s Boot Camp for Goddesses® week retreat was the first fitness program at Kripalu that opened the doors for women\'s empowerment and health. Her retreats and workshops where best-sellers including Boot Camp for Goddesses® Adults & Teens, Goddess to the Core®, Goddess in the Bedroom and Goddess Getaway. Her 4 Body Fit™ Workshop for men and women was the first workshop that brought a 60/40 combo of men and women to campus. Sierra also taught her professional certifications Goddess to the Core® Inside Out Workout, Goddess to the Core® 13 Levels of Empowerment Coach and 4 Body Fit™ Wholistic Health and Healing Therapy for Abuse and 4 Body Fit™ Wholistic Health Therapy Training for Trauma and Addiction. All of Sierra\'s work utilizes the clinically proven 4 Body Fit™ Sierra Bender Empowerment Method.
