My name is Sierra Duncan, and I am a graduate of Louisiana State University from the E.J. Ourso College of Business with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Throughout my time at LSU, I maintained a 3.7 GPA, and was awarded the Rucks Fellow Award which is an award based on GPA and a nomination by a professor, with only 10 management students selected. During my senior year, I worked part time as a Corporate Recruiter at MMR Group. Upon graduation, I was offered a fulltime position with MMR and I am excited to see what I can accomplish and achieve!
