I have a passion for people. I always have. I love to problem solve and find the best way to do something to help the most people possible. My mission in life: help as many people as possible live their life to the fullest.I graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Sciences in Management and Leadership in May of 2020. I graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati in April of 2021.I am analytical, organized, disciplined, futuristic, great at communication, and desire to constantly learn. I am currently am working in Compensation, utilizing a combination of my analytical and HR skills.

   Support Wealth and Asset Management line of business by designing incentive compensation plans, analyzing pay practices, market pricing jobs, reviewing offers, and paying incentive compensation in compensation software Varicent.Calculate compensation and communicate incentive payout for Wealth Management Advisors and High Net Worth Wealth Advisors. Answer all questions and concerns related to pay.Work closely with human resource business partners, finance, regulators, and line of business leaders to successfully pay employees incentive compensation.Supported transition of line of business management from previous role. Trained new hire to calculate incentive compensation for two lines of business.
