ABOUT SIERRA SCOTT-ANDERSON

Sierra is a marketing and communications professional with over nine years of multi-disciplinary experience. She enjoys crafting communications campaigns that inspire, influence and resonate with the intended audience. Her areas of specialty include internal communications, employer branding, corporate communications, employee engagement, media relations, brand identity and product marketing. In her most recent role, she was responsible for internal communications and media relations for the Americas and the Pacific region for a global organization. In this role, she imagined and executed communications campaigns aimed at unifying a culturally diverse and geographically dispersed workforce. She has also been responsible for new client prospecting and lead generation efforts for traditional B2C and B2B companies. Sierra’s core skills include strategic planning, project management, writing, editing, and corporate event planning.
