I work closely with customers to support day-to-day account needs, including placing orders, answering product questions, and coordinating service calls. I’m one of the main points of contact for customers and help make sure issues are handled quickly and smoothly.I put together monthly sales reports to track how we’re performing and help the team understand trends and changes. I also manage equipment tracking, keeping records of where machines are as they move in and out of the warehouse and when they’re placed with customers.On the operations side, I handle parts inventory by keeping counts updated when parts are received and adjusting inventory as parts are used or sent out.
