ABOUT SIERRA LATHAM
I am a Senior Research Analyst with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond\'s Regional and Community Analysis Team. Prior to joining the Richmond Fed, I directed the Moving Forward affordable housing pilot program in Indiana, served as the demographer for the City of Alexandria (VA), and worked in the Urban Institute\'s Metropolitan Housing and Community Development policy center. I have earned an MPP from the University of Chicago, an MA in applied economics from Georgetown University, and a BS in economics from the University of Mary Washington.
