About Sienna Jarrard

The Washington Student Association represents over students through advocacy and collaboration. As Vice President of Legislative Affairs, I facilitate legislative meetings, coordinate policy agendas, and host workshops to enhance student representation. I also guide a team of 10-13 student government representatives and step in for the President when needed. Pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Economics and Public Policy, and Educational Studies at the University of Washington Bothell, I blend academic focus with hands-on experience in strategic communications, candidate and election research, and grassroots organizing. My work with the Young Democrats of Washington State and We Independent further reflects my commitment to fostering civic engagement, education, and equity.

   Serving as the lobbyist for the Washington Student Association, representing over students. Responsible for facilitating meetings and trainings for the Legislative Liaison team (10-13 student government representatives) and coordinating the drafting of the legislative agenda. Assumes duties of the President in their absence and hosting regular workshops or trainings for member campuses.
