About Sienna Ilitch
I care about how things are built, not just how they’re perceived. I’m intentional about building my own point of view, skills, and body of work, independent of assumptions people may make from the outside.I am a sophomore studying Electrical & Computer Engineering at Duke University within the Pratt School of Engineering, alongside Duke’s Innovation & Entrepreneurship Certificate. I’m an engineer at heart with a creative edge, focused on building AI-driven products and ventures that sit at the intersection of technology, strategy, and brand.What draws me most is learning how decisions are made and how strategy turns ideas into impact. I’m intrigued by effective leadership, emerging technologies, and the work that happens long before results are visible. I strive to found and help build companies that don’t just adopt new technologies, but define how it is used and understood. Outside of academics & professional goals, I spend time exploring sports, fashion, and media, and I host a podcast, which focuses on peeling back the layers of successful individuals.

Honored to join Apple’s Next-Gen Innovators Mentorship Program, a highly selective, 9-month experience (network of ~100 students nationwide) designed to empower the next generation of creators and engineers. I’ve been paired 1:1 with an Apple mentor for personalized guidance, career exploration, and to challenge my thinking on how I approach adversity and growth. Through upcoming workshops and events, I\'ll gain invaluable industry insights, strengthen my creative and technical foundation, and connect with mentors and peers to shape a more innovative community that bridges technology and human creativity.
