Working on a major organisational-wide capital project to co-produce the 1901 Natural History gallery with communities. Work closely with the Principal Curator of Natural History to coordinate meaningful community engagement in the redevelopment of the gallery. I lead on co-production deliverables of Nature Explorers Action Zone with local ethnic minority and NS-SEC 5-8 families with children under 5. I also support the development and implementation of the Activity Plan for Nature + Love.I play a key role in access and learning, championing Horniman\'s creative and collaborative approach to community engagement internally and externally.

I am a huge contemporary collecting enthusiast and love co-curating exhibitions with communities. I have many years of museum and heritage experience in a professional, academic and voluntary capacity. I graduated in English and History of Art, Design and Film and I studied modules such as ‘Valuing Museums and Galleries’ and ‘Museum and Gallery Futures’.I have experience in community engagement, contemporary collecting, co-curating and reinterpretation. I have acquired 89 objects, 10+ Born-digital assets in under 4 years as part of my contemporary collecting work. I also have experience in the maintenance of accurate records of the contemporary collection, in accordance with agreed standards and processes through cataloguing using the MODES Complete database, and the administration of loans in and out.
