Genesis Automation Healthcare, a Diversis Capital PE portfolio company, was formed from the 2025 merger of Kermit, a leading provider of Cloud/SaaS software offering medical device spend management solutions, with Genesis and Meperia. We are now a global company with 40% of staff dispersed internationally (80+ team members).As a member of the Executive Leadership Team and the Human Resources Leader for the merged business, I oversee all aspects of People & Culture, HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Employment Legal, Risk and Compliance.
