Oversee operations for Midwest division of Touro University, including men’s college, women’s college, boys’ high school, and overnight camp. Supervise heads of HR, IT, food service, security, and facilities, spanning three campuses and six buildings, while also serving as a thought and strategic partner to CEO. Wrote grant proposal and developed presentation leading to $1.5M capital grant, the largest single gift in organization history at the time. Help develop and present annual $12M budget to finance committee and board. Write major grants and fundraising literature, including federal and State of IL security grants, netting nearly $1M to date. Manage capital projects, including potential expansion of women’s campus and high school facilities upgrade. Provided vision and leadership for website re-design, and researched/facilitated implementation of new online high school platform. Wrote and oversaw the organization\'s first three annual reports. Authored initial COVID updates to community and helped lead the re-opening plan, including upgrades of classroom technology.
