Supervise heads of HR, IT, food service, security, and facilities, spanning three campuses and six buildings, while also serving as a thought and strategic partner to CEO. Wrote grant proposal and developed presentation leading to $1.5M capital grant, the largest single gift in organization history at the time. Help develop and present annual $12M budget to finance committee and board. Write major grants and fundraising literature, including federal and State of IL security grants, netting nearly $1M to date. Manage capital projects, including potential expansion of women’s campus and high school facilities upgrade. Provided vision and leadership for website re-design, and researched/facilitated implementation of new online high school platform. Wrote and oversaw the organization\'s first three annual reports. Authored initial COVID updates to community and helped lead the re-opening plan, including upgrades of classroom technology.
