Product management as we’ve known it for the past decade is at an inflection point. AI is accelerating execution, analysis is easier, and role boundaries are beginning to blur. What matters more now isn’t who knows the most frameworks. It’s who can exercise judgment, reduce structural noise, and create leverage inside complex systems.I’ve spent 15+ years building and scaling products across startups and larger organizations. I operate best in high-ambiguity environments where stakes are real and decisions carry weight. Launches matter. They create impact. But sustained velocity comes from the structural calls behind them - simplifying systems, consolidating fragmentation, and aligning teams around clearer bets.Over the past few years, I’ve worked deeply with AI-driven workflows as a practical shift in how products get built. Prototyping is dramatically faster. Production still demands rigor. Understanding both is critical.I’m interested in how product leadership evolves from here: how teams are structured, how leverage compounds, and what differentiates leaders when execution speed is no longer the constraint.Product isn’t disappearing.
