Hey there! I\'m Sidney, a curious mind passionate about bringing AI into organizations in a way that actually makes sense. How? 1⃣ First, it\'s about identifying the tasks that drain energy and time from individuals within the team and automating as much of that as possible. 2⃣ Second (and this is where it gets exciting!), it\'s about focusing on what individuals love doing and what brings real value to the company, using AI to amplify these strengths and significantly boost their effectiveness. We call this co-intelligence 🧠🤝🤖: the magic that happens when human talent and AI work together, creating a more fulfilling experience for knowledge workers instead of replacing them. I‘m both a M.Sc. Business Psychologist and M.Sc. Data Scientist, working on AI and Language Models since 2019. ‍ My background is a mix of experiences - I\'ve consulted companies on their strategy for 10 years, led an innovation and product management team of 8 people, rolled out many data & AI initiatives, published scientific work and always worked to combine psychology, technology, and business thinking. 🤩 What really drives me is making complex tech not just work, but work for real people and solve real business challenges.
