ABOUT SIDNEY SALVODON

Hi! I\'m Sidney Salvodon, most people call me Sid. I am the modern director of philanthropy.I am going to get fancy and write in 3rd person starting on the next sentence…Sid is a goofy introvert with a knack for learning new subjects quickly. Some know him as a complete nerd— others may describe him as “that fast kid that used to run track.”Sid just views himself as an ordinary Believer on assignment.Over the last decade, he has helped scale 2 early-stage creator companies past $10M+ ARR, and built a finance community to 20K+ private members. Sid’s last corporate gig was at Google as a project manager. Before that, he cofounded a consulting agency to help creators. During the early part of his career, Sid worked on finance projects at State Street and brand partnerships at Blavity Inc.These days, Sid enjoys writing about the nonprofit sector and exploring theories of what the future has in store for the industry. When Sid isn’t writing— he usually spends time with loved-ones, volunteers, travels, or is learning a new subject.Sid’s love for the nonprofit sector dates back to his childhood years— inspired in big part by his Mother. Over the years, Sid has had the opportunity to support causes in the states and abroad. During that time, he’s volunteered, donated, fundraised, served on committees, and even held a board seat.Sid’s personal and professional journey has come with both wins & losses.
