At Publicis Groupe Sidney leads global initiatives such as implementing global HRIS systems, creating Publicis Academy, designing and delivering learning programs, creating the Power of One Survey, and leading cross-functional teams to solve global challenges.Prior to being elevated to the holding-company, Sidney worked at Leo Burnett Worldwide, a subsidiary of Publicis Groupe, from 2003 to 2015. He was responsible for leading the global leadership and organizational development team, was Chief of Staff to the LBW chairman and CEO, created Carbon, a client-facing, revenue generating consulting and training practice, implemented PeopleSoft HRIS, designed and delivered leadership development programs, created core and leadership competencies, and enhanced the agency\'s culture and employee engagement.Sidney was a management consultant at Deloitte from 1998 to 2003, where he provided organizational change and development consulting and project management services to clients in various industries. He performed communication, change management, learning, organization design, business process, and systems implementation roles for projects such as customer care and billing platform, shared service center, and human resource and benefits.Sidney has a MHR degree from the University of Oklahoma, where he was a presidential scholar, and a BA degree in organizational communication and marketing from the University of Tulsa, where he was the Man of the Year and a Top Ten Senior. He is also a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Coach Training Institute (CTI), and a member of the International Coach Federation. He is also a national alumni board member-at-large and a coach for undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Tulsa.
