About Sidney Kasper

I am currently pursuing a Marketing degree with a Finance minor at the Carlson School of Management, where I actively engage in leadership and professional development opportunities. As the Director of Risk and Policy Prevention for Pi Beta Phi, I play a key role in fostering a safe and supportive environment for my chapter. I am also involved in Women in Business, the Student Marketing Association, and Women in Finance, where I continue to expand my industry knowledge and network. Beyond academics, I am passionate about giving back to the community. As a volunteer in the Champions Are Readers (CARS) program at Pratt Elementary, I provide weekly support to young students, helping them strengthen their reading skills and academic confidence. In addition to my studies and volunteer work, I work as a bartender at Kollege Klub, where I have honed my problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong foundation in leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking, preparing me for a dynamic career in marketing and finance.
