ABOUT SIDNEY I.

I am a bilingual professional with over 7 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles, proficient in data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management. As an Assessment Leader I’m responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Maths assessments across a diverse portfolio, including GCSE Statistics, Edexcel Awards in Algebra, Edexcel Awards Number and Measure, Entry Level Certificate Mathematics, Level 3 Maths in Context, and Advanced Extension Awarding Mathematics. I manage the full lifecycle of assessment delivery - from certifying that question papers are inclusive and engaging, to ensuring accurate and timely marking, setting grade boundaries, and analysing performance data to uphold quality and consistency. With a strong focus on lifelong learning and collaboration, I’m motivated by work that makes a meaningful impact, particularly when it helps learners from various backgrounds obtain qualifications that will empower them to succeed.
