Empowering people to make positive life changes.The Executive Director leads the organization in its work to clarify and deepen member engagement, strengthen programs and community partnerships, increase public awareness of Ministry with Community, build sustainable financial support, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. The role requires the ability to lead in a dynamic environment of unconditional acceptance. The Executive Director’s primary functions are to implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization; enable the Board to fulfill its governances function; and to give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization’s philosophy and mission.The Executive Director must demonstrate leadership, compassion, integrity, and trust. This individual must uphold the highest standards of ethics and values in alignment with the mission of Ministry with Community.
