My key responsibilities and accomplishments over my term as founder include the following- Business Development: Successfully developed and implemented domestic strategies to grow the startup\'s client base, resulting in a 50% increase in revenue- Client Management: Managing all aspects of client relationships, including project scoping, proposal development, project management, and post-project follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business- Grant Fundraising: Led the agency\'s grant fundraising efforts, from prospecting, writing, consulting and administration, securing over in funding for creative projects over the past three years- Media Production: Providing creative direction and production oversight to the agency\'s documentary media projects, successfully delivering numerous high-quality storytelling campaigns for clients across various industries- Web Development: Overseeing the agency\'s web development portfolio, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of high-quality websites and e-commerce stores for clients across various industries- Financial Management: Managing all aspects of the agency\'s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, resulting in the growth of the agency\'s revenue and profitability- Team Leadership: Led a team of freelancers, providing direction, support, and feedback to ensure that all team members were working effectively towards the agency\'s social impact goals.
