Hello there!My name is Siddharth, and I am from Mumbai, the city that never sleeps, despite being known as the city of dreams! However, I was also raised in the Middle East and Canada.I hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (B. Tech) from the College of Engineering Pune (CoEP), established in 1854, making it one of the second-oldest engineering colleges in India. Recently, I completed my Post-Graduate Programs in Project Management at Seneca and Canadore College.Currently, I serve as the Research Coordinator at Canadore College, where I play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating a wide range of research initiatives. I handle the full spectrum of administrative tasks required to ensure that research projects are executed efficiently. This includes effective collaboration across teams, managing timelines, and maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.I work closely with faculty to support research efforts and foster partnerships with industry leaders to drive innovation. I am instrumental in coordinating student involvement in research and providing opportunities for hands-on experience and professional development. Additionally, I lead key initiatives such as Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), Research Data Management (RDM), Intellectual Property (IP), and Research Security within the Research Centre.
