ABOUT SIDDHARTH MENON
Siddharth is part of Tata Administrative Services (TAS) – the Tata Group’s flagship leadership program – and currently works as a GTM Partner for AI & Data in the Technology, Software and Services business unit at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).In this role, he operates at the intersection of strategy, sales, and delivery, with a strong bias toward execution. His focus is on helping clients move beyond AI pilots and narratives, and translating AI and data capabilities into solutions that are usable, scalable, and commercially viable in real-world settings.Previously, Siddharth worked as an Industry Advisor in the CTO organization of the Professional Services unit at TCS, where he supported business strategy and provided domain expertise as a Chartered Accountant across sales and delivery initiatives. He has been closely involved in shaping the unit’s approach to emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI, and its application in reimagining traditional IT service and operating models. His work has included identifying opportunities for co-innovation and developing solutions tailored to client needs across areas such as sustainability, advanced analytics, and stakeholder experience.As part of the TAS program, Siddharth has taken on diverse stints across Tata Motors, Tata Metaliks, Titan, and Tata Trusts, gaining a broad cross-sector perspective within the Tata Group.A Chartered Accountant (1st Attempt, 2014) by profession, he brings experience across Audit, Taxation, and Financial Planning & Analysis, with exposure to industries including logistics, manufacturing, and defence.He is particularly interested in the intersection of business, technology, and purposeful impact, and enjoys working on ideas and solutions that are innovative yet grounded in practical, on-the-ground realities.
