ABOUT SIDDHARTH MACHIRAJU
Hi, Sid here! I\'m currently a resident physician at UC San Diego Health and a graduate of Berkeley Public Health (BA \'16), Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (MPH \'23), and UC San Diego School of Medicine (MD \'24). My goal as a psychiatrist is to (1) alleviate psychic pain and suffering using evidence-based pharmacologic treatment and neuromodulation, and (2) lead with intentionality, mindfulness, and curiosity for the human condition in every patient encounter. With my background in biomarker discovery and skillset in epidemiology/biostatistics, I am excited to develop a career that balances both clinical medicine and academic/industry research. Lastly, I\'m an openly queer Indian-American and proud advocate for AANHPI and LGBTQ+ communities. Feel free to contact me with questions, ideas, or opportunities. Cheers!
