ABOUT SID KHARE

I build and scale partner-led growth for enterprise software and AI companies — developing high-impact GSI and advisory ecosystems across North America, the Middle East, and India. At Anthropic, I focus on building GTM partnerships with Global Systems Integrators and Advisory firms. Enterprise AI doesn\'t scale through software alone — it scales through partners who understand the business, own the relationships, and can run AI in production across industries. That\'s the work I\'m here to doPreviously at HCLSoftware, I owned North America GSI and Advisory partner strategy across major SI and advisory firms. At Domino Data Lab, I led the worldwide partnerships organization with full P&L responsibility, built the global partner and pre-sales team, and drove MLOps adoption across more than 20% of the Fortune 100. At Alfresco, I launched the North America GSI program from scratch, delivering triple-digit growth ahead of the company\'s acquisition by Hyland.Earlier, I managed $100M+ strategic alliances at Software AG and led a $120M Digital Consulting and Services P&L at Wipro, selling AI and Digital Transformation solutions to Fortune 100 clients across the U.S. and Canada. My commercial foundation was built over fifteen years at IBM across India, the Middle East, and Canada with progressive sales and partner leadership roles managing multi-million dollar P & Ls and growing revenue across Commerce, MarTech, and BPM portfolios.I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and am based in San Francisco.
