Employee Data Management ( SAP HR & WORKDAY ) • Excellent working knowledge in employee life cycle management. • Processes includes hiring, rehire, salary revision, promotion, transfers, separations. • Creating PID, Org Units, relationship, job etc • Well versed with all major transaction codes and reports. • Personnel Administration & Organizational management • Maintaining HR master data, generating reports and reconciliation. • Payroll processing. • Workday testing and complete working expertise. • Workday migration project and processes. • Global Reward Infrastructure Program (GRIP) implementation project. • SAP and Workday reports, appointment letters • Make recommendations and take initiatives for process improvements. HR Business Partner and General HR areas • Provide HR support to key stake holders within the business. • Responsible for updating business functions on employee relation matters. • Provide HR advice and support on range of operational human resource issues. • Compensation and benefits management, grievance. • Provide support and guidance on full range of HR Services, including organizational development, recruitment and selection, retention, reward and recognition, policy and governance, learning and development. • Configure compensation statements to communicate compensation and total rewards. • Exit management.
