About Sidharth Shakdher
Sidharth is the CMO and Business Head at Paytm.Prior to Paytm, he was the Chief Business Officer for Ola where he transformed the mobility business into becoming EBITDA positive, and launched Grocery and Financial Services businesses.Prior to Ola, Sidharth was the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer at Hotstar. He was a part of the founding leadership team that started Hotstar in 2016. He played a pivotal leadership role building Hotstar into India’s largest premium video streaming platform, as well as the largest D2C subscription business in India. He led Marketing, Growth and the D2C business at Disney+ Hotstar.Prior to joining Disney+ Hotstar, Sidharth led the 3rd party marketplace and category marketing for Amazon in the US. He has also led innovation for Reckitt\'s flagship brand, Dettol, for North America, launching and successfully establishing Dettol in the personal care segment in the US for Reckitt.
