Promoted to the senior-most role within HubSpot PreSales adding people leadership / mentoring responsibilities to my existing responsibilities.As a standalone Principal Solutions Engineer for the Benelux & Nordics regions and combining with regional Mid-Market and Corporate Sales Teams and Solution Partners, I drove remarkable growth in ARR of $1M,$2.4M, and $4.7M in the years 2022, 2023, and 2024 respectively, with 2023 ARR grew by 137% compared to 2022, and 2024 ARR grew by 91% compared to 2023.New Responsibilities as Team Lead include- Supporting Management on hiring & onboarding new SE/SAs to effectively support EMEA PreSales\' growth- Coaching/Mentoring fellow Solution Architects and Engineers by helping them manage their deal workload, solving complex business requirements, offering learning opportunities for growth, and motivating them to perform at their best- Developing new strategies and frameworks with other Senior SAs, Managers, and Directors across the globe on key initiatives and driving meaningful change to improve operational efficiencies between Solution Architects, Solution Engineers, Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Partners- Representing EMEA PreSales as a Culture spokesperson and spearheading as an ally for HubSpot\'s DI & B initiatives (WISE & Global PreSales BIPOC community)Existing responsibilities include- Driving technical pre-sales conversations around systems architecture, data mapping, and integrations on deals with HubSpot\'s most strategic prospective clients and customers in EMEA, with a special focus on UK & I, Benelux and Nordics markets by working alongside HubSpot\'s Corporate & Mid-Market Sales teams and Solution Partners.
