ABOUT SIDHARTH ARORA

I spent 11 years inside one system. Then I started building them from scratch. At Siemens, I worked on Teamcenter, the PLM platform behind most of the world\'s manufacturing. I built the core backend. REST and SOA services, data models, graph traversal algorithms serving every major automotive and aerospace company. When you work on one system for that long, you stop thinking about features and start thinking about how systems age, break, and scale. That lens changed everything after. At Klarna, I built real-time banking integrations in Scala and Kafka, 2M+ transactions a day, and understood immediately where the fragility lived. At Critical Mass, I inherited a data platform with bi-weekly incidents and rebuilt it on Spark and Kubernetes until incidents dropped to quarterly, cloud spend dropped by 100k+, and the platform hit 99.9% uptime. Now I lead architecture and delivery as Associate Director of Product Engineering. Multi-cloud on AWS and Azure, Databricks pipelines, event-driven applications on K8s Spark clusters. The domains keep changing. Manufacturing, fintech, adtech. But the work doesn\'t. I keep ending up at the infrastructure layer where reliability, cost, and performance actually get decided. On my own time I built EcoTicker, an AI-powered environmental news tracker. Solo, end to end. Next.js, PostgreSQL, LLM scoring pipeline, Docker. Live, open source, 622 tests. Not because I needed a portfolio piece, but because I still ship, not just design.Always open to connecting with engineers working on distributed systems, data platforms, or cloud-native architecture.
