Overall 15 years of experience in Test Manager, Test engineering Project Manager and QA/Test Delivery Manager role with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry with on-site client experience for both Domestic and International assignments. Able to operate effectively in both managerial and technical roles. Flexible self-starter with proven ability to achieve and influence in diverse working environments through effective leadership, communication and teamwork in the IT software industry provided quality assurance on project deliverables releases based on Waterfall and Agile Schedule, Quality Assurance, web based and client/server application with strong business understanding knowledge. Experience in various domains: Insurance and Financial services, Investment banking and Corporate banking, Life science -Clinical research, Retail Industries, Recruitment Industries and Telecom industries. Certifications: ISTQB Certified, Prince2 Project management certified,SAFe® Certified - Agile SAFe Certification (Scaled Agile) and Amazon AWS. Role & Responsibilities- •Managing the end to end test delivery. •Engaging with PM with respect to project schedule, estimates, costs, RAID items, roadblocks, etc. •Organising the testing kick-off meeting •Reviewing the project deliverables and status on the regular intervals and ensure smooth deliveries. •Developing and maintain Test schedules, track and forecast project costs and labour hours, and manage project risks •Maintaining the project status always in green, experienced in project quality audits. •Maintaining and updating QA head on resource requirements and make sure the team is on boarded and off boarded on time. •Managing Transition in a multi-vendor environment. Technical/Practical Skill set- •Managing the Test engineering team to ensure the deliverables meets the client requirements and the specified quality and timeline parameter. •Proactively identifying opportunities to drive audit/reviews and run connect program with the accounts with an eye on CSAT Score and efficiencies industry knowledge. •Coordinating test strategy development, project planning, scheduling, allocation of test engineers to programs, ensuring test environment availability, generation of test reports, communication of test status and networking to coordinate test activities •Developing best practices and procedures to be used by the entire team which span various projects. •Experience in delivering end to end testing in multiple project.
