Inspection of lubrication system for kiln and cooler girth gear.Monthly / daily job planning of technicians to ensure adherence to Maintenance plans.Ensure zero safety incidents & safety PPE compliance in plant.Preparation of shift report and handover to next shift in- charge.Raise notifications for any abnormalities and ensure closure of actions.Conduct daily toolbox talks.
