Actively seeking a position as Manager HR with well-established company in which my educational background and special talents can enhance company growth.Profound knowledge about management issues, Self confident, Initiative, Proactive, Ambitious, Dynamic and high Caliber, Strong interpersonal skills, Proficient with computer, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Strong ability to work independent and under pressure.JOB RESPONSIBILITY:Recruitment- Handling End to end Recruitment- Screening the profiles and Scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates- Maintaining the candidate database in excel sheet and following up of each candidate till joining.On boarding and Induction- Responsible for on-boarding and documentation of the new hires including paperwork, background checks- Rolling out offer letters- Joining Formalities & Induction.Leave Management - Ensure proper recording of Attendance and Leaves- Preparing inputs and responsible for preparing salary statement every month and handling complete payrolls- Ensure Full and Final (F&F) Settlement of exiting employees- Responsible for handling the grievances regarding payrolls and leaves- Coordinating with the statutory for ESIC and PF related queries.HR Operations- Executing contract renewal, modification, terminations etc- Taking care of Medical claim Insurance Policy- Preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letter and relieving Letter- Keeps a track on personal files of the employees- Maintaining the database of employees- Using HR Activity in ERP.Employee Exit Process- exit formalities and Preparing and issuing relieving letter and experience letter.
