I work at the intersection of research and practice to make public initiatives more effective and citizen‑responsive.I partner with governments to strengthen bureaucrats’ capacities on digital governance, climate, and citizen–state collaboration, and translate these insights into practical learning spaces for NGOs and universities.Currently, I am a Senior Visiting Researcher at the Foundation for Responsive Governance (ResGov), anchoring a government partnership on decentralised capacities for digital governance, and I support Reap Benefit in building MERL systems on youth civic problem‑solving.Previously, I have worked with the Centre for Policy Research and IIEP–UNESCO, with writing in platforms such as Economic & Political Weekly and Ideas for India.
